Erin brings over 20 years of leadership experience in behavioral health to help business leaders solve their toughest challenges. As a former Chief Operating Officer who rose through the ranks from therapist to executive, she understands what it takes to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results under pressure.
Proven Track Record
Erin has led clinical operations across multiple service lines, launched Connecticut's first Urgent Crisis Center for children, and consistently delivered cost savings and innovation during challenging times. She co-authored numerous grants that expanded services and co-created a Leadership Training Academy that improved staff retention and earned national recognition.
Bridging Clinical Expertise and Business Success
In 2024, Erin co-founded Phoenix Rise Consulting with Courtney Seely, LCSW, to bring evidence-based approaches from clinical practice to corporate leadership. She works with executives, department heads, and emerging leaders across industries—from healthcare organizations to entrepreneurial ventures—helping them strengthen team collaboration and build cultures where people thrive.
As an Adjunct Professor for the University of St. Joseph's MSW program, Erin continues to develop future leaders while running her own successful private practice.

When she's not consulting or teaching, you'll find Erin watching her kids' games (now that they've aged out of needing a coach!), hiking, reading, or enjoying time with her family and six pets.
