THE BEGINNING (1900s)
Both drawn to helping people, we became clinical social workers with a shared passion for healing and human connection.
PATHS CONVERGE (2010)
We met at a non-profit organization, working together for 15 years in healing work while stepping into leadership roles early in our careers.
NATURAL SYSTEMS BUILDERS (2015)
We discovered we're natural systems builders, helping people work smarter and developing tools for intentional leadership development.
INNOVATORS (2018)
As executives, we created a leadership training academy and learned a fundamental truth: successful leadership requires training and intentional development.

We leveraged our clinical expertise to develop the 3 Pillars and Strategic Leadership Method. National speaking engagements sparked bigger ambitions.
THE MAGIC (2024-2025)
We believed our incredible working chemistry and unique perspective combining our understanding of human behavior with leadership development could benefit organizations everywhere.
As a result, we took to the bold move in the summer of 2024 to start planning our consulting business. By fall, it became a seedling and over the following year, we worked to bet on ourselves to bring Phoenix Rise Consulting (PRC) to life.
