With a shared passion for leadership, mental health, and transformative change, Erin Saylor, LCSW, and Courtney Seely, LCSW, co-founded Phoenix Rise Consulting to empower individuals, businesses, and communities. With a combined 37 years of experience, they have led groundbreaking initiatives in behavioral health, nonprofit leadership, and executive coaching.

Their collaboration began in nonprofit leadership, where they co-created the Leadership Training Academy, a program designed to develop emerging leaders and enhance staff retention. Together, they have led large-scale clinical operations, integrated innovative mental health programs, and championed strategic planning efforts that have strengthened organizations and expanded access to care.
